Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk

The Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk is the pedestrian walkways that meanders along the New River in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

There is a walkway on both the north and south sides of the New River. Consequently, visitors can enjoy a circular tour of the riverfront by crossing the river at SE 6th Avenue at one end and at S Avenue of the Arts, at the other.

There is much to see along the pathway, including some amazing architecture, tropical vegetation, museums and theatres.

If there is one thing that all visitors to Fort Lauderdale must do, it is to "Walk the Riverwalk".
